For Potential Students: The 3rd Edition is still in print and current. Horse Schools is updated about every two years. The 3rd Edition was released in the Spring of 2007 and is still considered the NEW edition. The 4th Edition will not be released until Winter/Spring of 2009. Because of the time it takes to update and publish the book I begin updating the book a little over a year before it will hit the shelves. Please go to our store to purchase your copy of the 3rd Edition.
For Schools: The 3rd Edition is currently out and doing very well, but it is that time of the year again. We are planning for the 4th Edition due out in early 2009. Because of the time delay between updating and actually seeing the book in print I will begin updating for the 4TH EDITION in the Winter/Spring of 2008. If you are currently included in Horse Schools you will receive an email/fax/letter from me with your current listing and how to update it. If you’re program or school is not currently in Horse Schools please follow the appropriate link to see if you may be included in Horse Schools. There is NO CHARGE to be included in this guide. It is a free service for any and all horse schools and programs. We include more than just colleges and universities. Associations that offer equine college and trade school scholarships can be included in our Scholarships section. Intercollegiate Riding Associations and Clubs can be included in our Intercollegiate section. Apprenticeship/Diploma/Certification programs can be included as a Specialty School.
